This document is intended for customers who are purchasing a spare part (or parts) through one of our online stores. These terms apply exclusively for part orders and do not cover other services provided by us.

General

1 > We sell both compatible and genuine spare parts which are guaranteed, by the law, to be fit for purpose.

2 > If an item in your order is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as we can and arrange for an appropriate refund.

Special Orders

3 > We currently do not sell any products under this category.

Order Cancellations

4 > If you would like to cancel an order, please do so as soon as you can. It will not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been shipped.

Deliveries

5 > When you place an order with us, we will ship the goods as soon as possible, while often the same working day, this can vary depending on when the order was placed.

6 > When your order has been shipped, our courier will typically deliver within one to three working days.

Returns

7 > We must always be informed in advance before you return any goods to us. When processing your return, please be aware that it can take up to 21 days and potentially longer depending on the circumstances.

8 > We will accept returns for faulty goods without penalties, however, for orders where customer error is the cause, returns will be accepted with a thirty percent handling charge.

9 > We do not accept returns for control modules or other similar components due to their sensitive electrostatic nature.

10 > If you have received the wrong order or if your order is damaged upon delivery, you must contact us within 2 days of your parcel being delivered.

11 > When returning an order to us, you must keep all items in their original packaging. If this guideline is not followed, we may refuse your refund.

12 > When processing a return related to damaged goods, we may require initial evidence such as a photograph.

Payment Terms

13 > When placing an order with us, the full payment must always be received in advance. We will not ship your items without the full payment being made before hand.

Liability

14 > We do not accept any liability for goods that are damaged during transit.

Severability

15 > If you, as a competent authority, determine that a provision of these terms is unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent of its invalidity, while the remaining provisions will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
