When you buy an appliance from us, we will stick to the below service standard. We recommend that you read and understand the following so that we can manage your expectations more effectively. We also recommend clicking here to read our main terms and conditions.

Overview

1.1. We sell both brand new and occasionally, used appliances.

1.2. We will always inform you if the appliance we are selling you is used.

Delivery (Brand New Appliances)

1.3. When you buy a brand new appliance from us, your chosen machine will be ordered through with our supplier. This will first arrive to our warehouse and then, delivered to your chosen address. This whole process takes between 3 and 5 working days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery (Used Appliances)

1.4. We usually stock used appliances which will allow us to deliver your order quicker.

Payment Terms

1.5. We require the full payment before processing your order regardless if the appliance you’ve purchased is new or used.

Cancellations

1.6. When you buy an appliance from us, whether new or used, the order can be cancelled.

1.7. This will depend on when the order was initially placed by you and how much time has passed since.

1.8. We may have a cancellation fee depending on the circumstances.

Damaged/Faulty Products

1.9. The appliances we sell are all guaranteed by the law to be fit for purpose.

2. If your new appliance develops a fault within the first 28 days, we will replace the machine for free. If preferred, we can issue a refund instead. If a fault develops after the first 28 days, please call the manufacturer and request a repair through your warranty. The above will apply based on your order date.

Returns

2.1. If the appliance you’ve purchased isn’t damaged/faulty but, you’d like to return it back to us, this can be arranged as long as the appliance remains uninstalled and unused. We accept returns within the first 28 days of your order date.

2.2. We cannot accept the appliance back if it has been installed or used.

2.3. This section applies to every appliance we sell.

Warranty Information

2.4. If you have bought a brand new appliance, it will come with the standard warranty that the manufacturer provides.

2.5. When it comes to used appliances, we offer various different warranties on them. We will always inform you of the warranty that the appliance has before proceeding with your order.

Installation & Disposal

2.6. If needed, we offer installation services for your new appliance and can collect your old one for disposal upon request.
