When you buy an appliance from us, we will stick to this service standard. We recommend that you read and understand the below so that we can effectively manage your expectations. 

Overview

1 > We sell both brand new and occasionally, used appliances.

2 > We will always inform you if the appliance we are selling you is used.

Delivery (Brand New Appliances)

3 > When you buy a brand new appliance from us, your chosen machine will be ordered via our supplier. This will first arrive to our warehouse and then, delivered to your chosen address. This whole process takes between three and five working days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery (Used Appliances)

4 > We usually stock used appliances which will allow us to deliver your order quicker.

Payment Terms

5 > We require the full payment before processing your order regardless if the appliance you’ve purchased is new or used.

Cancellations

6 > When you buy an appliance from us, whether new or used, the order can be cancelled.

7 > This will depend on when the order was initially placed by you and how much time has passed since.

8 > We may have a cancellation fee depending on the circumstances.

Damaged/Faulty Products

9 > The appliances we sell are all guaranteed, by the law, to be fit for purpose.

10 > If your brand new appliance develops a fault within the first 28 days, we will replace it for free. If preferred, we can issue a refund instead. If a fault develops after this point, please call the manufacturer and request a repair through your warranty. This process may vary slightly for machines which were not sold to you brand new. The above is all based on your order date and will apply accordingly.

Returns

11 > If the appliance you’ve purchased from us is not damaged or faulty, but, you’d like to return it, said appliance must be uninstalled and unused. We accept returns within the first 28 days of your order date.

12 > We cannot accept the appliance back if it has been installed or used.

13 > This section applies to every appliance we sell.

Warranty Information

14 > If you have bought a brand new appliance, it will come with the standard warranty that the manufacturer provides.

15 > When it comes to used appliances, we offer various different warranties on them. We will always inform you of the warranty that the appliance has before proceeding with your order.

Installation & Disposal

16 > If needed, we can install your new appliance and also collect your old one for disposal.
