Service Standard (AS)

When you buy an appliance from us, we will stick to this service standard.

General

1 > We sell both brand new and occasionally, used appliances.

2 > We will always disclose if the appliance we are selling you is used.

3 > The customer is responsible for ensuring that the selected appliance is the right size for their property.

Deliveries

4 > If you have bought a brand new appliance from us, deliveries typically take up to five working days, unless otherwise stated.

5 > If the appliance you have purchased is used, deliveries will still take up to five working days, unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms

6 > We require the full payment in advance before we can process your order.

Cancellations

7 > When you buy an appliance from us, whether new or used, the order can be cancelled.

8 > This will depend on when the order was initially placed by you, and how much time has passed since.

9 > We may have a cancellation fee depending on the circumstances.

Faulty Goods

10 > The appliances we sell are all guaranteed, by the law, to be fit for purpose.

11 > If the appliance we’ve sold you has developed a fault, please call us and we will address your concerns.

12 > We may arrange for the appliance to be repaired, exchange it, or refund you as appropriate.

Returns

13 > If the appliance you’ve purchased is neither damaged nor faulty but, you’d like to return it, the appliance must be uninstalled and unused.

14 > We cannot accept the appliance back if it has been installed or used, unless faulty.

15 > If the appliance has been unpackaged but not used or installed, we may accept it back with a reasonable deduction.

16 > This section applies to every appliance we sell.

17 > We have a return window of 28 days, starting from your purchase date.

18 > We may have additional fees, such as a collection charge, depending on the circumstances and appliance type.

19 > We must always be informed in advance before you return any goods to us.

Warranty

20 > If you have bought a brand new appliance, it will come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty.

21 > When it comes to used appliances, the type of warranty we offer will vary depending on the machine’s overall condition.

Installation & Disposal

22 > If needed, we can install your new appliance and also collect your old one for disposal.

23 > The discounted rates we may have offered you will only apply if the appliance was purchased through us.

Miscellaneous

24 > We reserve the right to update this document without notifying you.

25 > We will always comply with the law and respect your rights as a consumer, even if not explicitly mentioned.

26 > We don’t have a premium phone number and calls will be charged at the standard rate.

27 > We have various other policies which should be treated as a collective set.
