I found them very polite, easy to communicate with to ascertain a diagnosis of the fault and a prompt appointment arranged. Georgi arrived on time and was very polite. Washing machine being integrated was not the easiest to get to but Georgi knew exactly what he was doing and methodically removed machine without damage, replaced the heating element and put everything back to its original position so that you wouldn’t notice work had been done. Georgi is knowledgeable, polite, respectful of my home, did a good job and sensibly priced. I would definitely recommend him 👍

If we cannot repair your appliance, our technician will provide a descriptive diagnostic as to why the appliance is beyond repair. For example, it may be due to parts that are too expensive or obsolete.
For many of our appointments, we give a 3 hour arrival window in which our technician is due to arrive. However, some can be as short as one hour and others can be a little longer at 4 hours.
