General

1 > The parts we sell are all guaranteed, by the law, to be fit for purpose.

2 > If an item in your order is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as we can and arrange for an appropriate refund.

Order Cancellations

3 > If you would like to cancel an order, please do so as soon as you can.

4 > It will not be possible to cancel your order if it has already been shipped.

Deliveries

5 > When you place an order with us, we will ship the goods as soon as possible.

6 > When your order has been shipped, our courier will typically deliver within five working days.

Returns

7 > We must always be informed in advance before you return any goods to us.

8 > We will accept returns for faulty goods without penalties, however, for orders where customer error is the cause, returns will be accepted with a thirty percent handling charge.

9 > We do not accept returns for control modules or other similar components, as they are sensitive to electrostatic damage.

10 > We must be contacted within two days of your parcel being delivered if an item in your order is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

11 > When returning an order to us, you must keep all items in their original packaging.

12 > When processing a return related to damaged goods, we may require initial evidence such as a photograph.

Payment Terms

13 > When placing an order with us, the full payment must always be received in advance.

Liability

14 > We do not accept any liability for goods that are damaged during transit.

Severability

15 > If a competent authority determines that a provision of these terms is unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent of its invalidity, while the remaining provisions will remain valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
